A lot of the barriers that stop us from achieving what we want, begins in our mind with what we think.

If you constantly tell yourself you can't do something, then the likelihood is that when you try, you won't be able to do it.

What if we reframed that thought and said to ourself, I might not be able to do it, but I am going to give it my best attempt?

I can guide you to move in the right way for your body so get the most out of our sessions.

If we put the right foods in our bodies, then we get more out of it. 

I can provide specific nutritional advice alongside your fitness training, so you you feel well fuelled to train and reach your goals, whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle or train for a specific event.

I will create a personalised training plan, tailored to your individuals needs which will help you grow in confidence, develop your strength and we will reach your goals together.

With both of us committed to your fitness journey, I will provide the drive and encouragement so you can give that extra 10% in whatever activity we do. I will ensure you are training safely and give you the confidence to try new exercises and equipment that perhaps you wouldn't ordinarily do on your won.
