Hi, I'm Ben.

 

I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body.

 

My aim is to help you identify your fitness and fat loss goals, design an exercise and nutrition program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout and every meal.

 

My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.

I offer two versions of this 90-day programme -the in-person 1-2-1 package or our online programme.

Which include:

  • A 90-Day Plan: Either in-person or online. Instead of guessing everything. I'm going to build you a personalised action plan to follow. Our in-person programme includes 1-2-1 PT sessions so you must be able to travel to Places Gym Hinckley. Our online programme is accessible from anywhere in the world.

  • Education: Every week I'm going to educate you on how to eat, train and think with regard to your health and fitness.

  • Personalised Nutritional coaching using my FLEXIBLE DIET SYSTEM. Together we will build out an eating regime to cater for your goals and lifestyle to you actually enjoy the process

  • Virtual Trainer App (all the workouts can be done at home, the hotel or the gym) updated weekly with fun but challenging workouts

  • Support: You have private 24/7 access to me whenever you get stuck to discuss and add any tweaks to your program, routine and diet so that you keep on track and end self-sabotage.

  • Mindset coaching so that you can create the energy to positively influence and take responsibility for yourself and your family.

  • Accountability: Not only will you be encouraged, but you will be held accountable to others within the group. Be diligent about your diet and workouts because you're going to have to share your progress at least TWICE a week.
