  • Personalised Nutritional Coaching: using our FLEXIBLE DIET SYSTEM. Together we will build out an eating regime to cater for your goals and lifestyle so you enjoy the process.

  • Virtual Trainer App: Additional workouts can be done at home, at the hotel or at the gym. updated weekly with fun but challenging workouts.

  • Support: You have private 24/7 access to our team whenever you get stuck to discuss and tweak your program, routine and diet so that you keep on track and end self-sabotage.

  • Mindset coaching: So that you can create the energy to positively influence and take responsibility for yourself and your family.

  • Accountability: Not only will you be encouraged, but you will be held accountable to others within the group.
